configuring microsoft 365 and migrating website domains and email -LOCAL- IN PERSON ONLY

I need IN-PERSON LOCAL assistance configuring my Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription for both email setup and domain configuration. I already have 3 subscriptions and there are specific configurations I need for my domains and emails. I need an experienced freelancer who is knowledgeable with Microsoft 365 products to help me configure the right settings and ensure a smooth migration of emails from Hostinger online, older saved PST files, contacts, archives, etc. (and maybe not necessary), to move domains so everything will be working correctly. Online cloud configuration and compiling into private efficient separate spaces would be also needed. Must be very savvy and up on networking and Windows 11 as well. For a small local office in Dartmouth. We want very skilled efficiency problem-solvers not learning on the job, but already familiar with any and all steps to get settings properly setup and REsetted from improper existing ones. It's a holy mess. (Will be expecting speed and competence to ensure an experienced technician who could solve all issues in 7 hours is favoured over an intermediate costing one stretching the bill far above cost by the hour.)
