User Provisioning/maintenance/network discovery powershell scripts

I have a need for a few different scripts, doesnt have to be powershell just needs to be well written. Our environment includes hybrid exchange, azure, as well as networking equipment accessed via ssh. I would like to find someone long term that will not only write scripts but also assist in troubleshooting issues as a Sr Sys Admin.
