Urgent!!!Exchange 2016 CU23 - PowerShell command DOES NOT WORK to renew SSL Certificate -

I am urgently looking for a freelancer who can help me with an issue I am facing with renewing the "Godaddy" SSL certificate on my Exchange 2016 with latest CU23 server.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Exchange 2016 - CU23 - (updated last month)
- Expertise in PowerShell commands, specifically with the Renew-ExchangeCertificate command
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve error messages related to SSL certificate renewal
- Delete and clean old expired SSL certificate on Powershell.
- Familiarity with IIs, Active Directory and certificate management

Project Details:
- The issue I am facing , the previous CU version of Exchange 2016 was letting us to do the renewal through the web GUI (ECP Admin consol).
Now with this last CU23 update, this features was removed and it is not available anymore and as to be done by command on PowerShell.
- I was able to issue a renewal certificate command on the Exchange Management Shell, and right now the status is "Pendit" for validation/completion.
- Now the issue is ...to finish we need to issue another command to aply the new ".crt" file.
- When running the command, I am receiving an error message and can't proceed.
- I need someone who can identify and resolve the cause of this error message, allowing me to successfully renew the SSL certificate.
- It is important that the freelancer can start working on this project immediately, as it is time-sensitive.

The Operating System of that server is Windows 2012R2 - FRENCH
The Exchange Server 2016 standard -CU23 is ENGLISH
