I need an experienced IT professional to assist me with troubleshooting my Outlook 2013 email client.
- Currently, I am receiving an SMTP Server error: "550 Access denied - Invalid HELO name"
- My email is hosted on a dedicated server with POP3 protocol.
- I do have administrative access to this server.
