Sudden Landing

Client Program Project scenario for class. There is a problem in the scenario that needs to be fixed, how and what steps need to be taken to fix the problem. It provides a scenario and I need to provide a PowerPoint Slide and put graphs from the excel spread sheet with what would need to be done. The solution will need to be Strong Customer Centricity, problem solving, and the ability to encourage others to work cooperatively with the organization.
