Setup Business 365 subscription for users

Hi,
I want someone experienced in Microsoft Azure AD and setting up emails through CrazyDomains.
What I am looking to achieve is the following:
1 - Setup CrazyDomain so that when a new user account is created, it gets assigned a Microsoft Business 365 Premium Subscription.
2 - When this email address is set up, it should be able to login to a Windows machine using that email address
3 - Be able to control all the users centrally without login to various portals.
Current Setup:
We have email hosted with CrazyDomain on Premium Exchange.
We have a tenantID with Microsoft and domain is linked to this via TXT record
Issues
1 - We create the email address in Crazy Domains but it doesn't flow to Azure AD.
2 - I can create a user in Microsoft Business 365 Management and assign Business 365 Premium subscription however, when I try to create a login to a Windows 11 Pro machine, it says that this Microsoft account doesn't exist.
3 - I can add this account in Windows as a 'work or school email' and it successfully registers the device against the user but, once again, I cannot use this email address to create a login to Windows 11 Pro.
Please advise your experience in this matter. I need someone who can fix this once and for all.
