Prepare Microsoft Exchange server 2010 to 2016 migration plan

I have an On-Premises Microsoft Exchange server 2010 environment with 200+ mailboxes, DAG and other standard Excahnge roles, need a plan for migration on this to 2016 On-Premise environment - should be a high level document covering discovery of our current environment and a plan to be given to migrate this to 2016 as-is. Dcoument sould be presentable to architects along with time lines to migrate, so that we can decide on the next phase of this.
