On-Prem Exchange MIgration

We are Migrating from On-Prem Exchange 2010 to On-Prem Exchange 2019 - going through Exchange 2016, and need a technical expert for the configuration and transport settings needed to have 2010 and 2016 both working, so we can move to the next step of moving everything to 2016 and decommission 2010.
