Outlook (Laptop Sync Connection, OWA) & DMARC record

Need quick help with the following:
1. Setup Outlook on the web
2. Create a new Outlook user on the server who can access the account through OWA
3. I was able to connect to Outlook on my laptop, however, it is no longer working. Need help with getting it reconnected.
4. Publish DMARC record
