Office 365 mail mail not received or very late (other mail goes good)

See attached log. Mail from Office365 is something not received at all and most of the time comes in HOURS later. We have done everything we can possibly do but did not found the issue. Exchange connectivity test does not show any error.
- This project is about diagnosing the issue and resolving it.
- We would also like to install an opensource anti spam on this mailserver (recommendations are welcome)
Its an Windows server 2019 with Exchange 2016 on premise. You will be given access through Teamviewer.
