Need someone to help with tables on a signature

I am having problems with a signature designed on microsoft word, currently when users copy and paste them into their outlook or mail the sizes are different and tables are wrong etc. I would like someone to code this in a way where if it can be copied and pasted with the right dimensions. Any ideas? Please propose your solution method in the comments otherwise it will be ignored! thankyou
