Need Help reconnecting SolidCP

We have an Exchange server that uses SolidCP as a control panel.
The SolidCP seems to have disconnected from the server and I can't get it to communicate properly again.
Looking for someone who understands windows hosting and knows SolidCP very well to assist in fixing it?
