Need Help fixing my outlook app

Outlook was working fine on my PC, and two days ago it started giving me the attached error. Which says. "impossible to start microsoft outlook. impossible to open the outlook window. Impossible to open the folders. Failure of attempt to connect to microsoft exchange."
Looking for a systems pro to connect through zoom and help me fix it. If applying to do so, kindly share with me what experience you have with fixing corrupt files such as this one. Milestone will only be released once issue has been fixed.
