Microsoft server 2019 & Exchange server configuration

my main server is an AD DS with microsoft exchange, I am looking to have the 38 BPA result errors corrected and the exchange server up and running, configuring DNS correctly and DNS settings. server2 needs some attention, im unable to reach outside my network and resolve DNS.
