Microsoft 365 - change default calendar permissions

Project Description:
I am looking for a freelancer who can help me change the default calendar permissions in Microsoft 365. The specific permissions I want to change is 'LimitedDetails' i.e. to make subject and location visible to everyone in the organization. This is for:
- All existing calendars (~35 users + meeting rooms)
- Make it the default for all future users
Requirements:
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 and its calendar permissions
- Knowledge of how to modify default calendar permissions in Microsoft 365
- Ability to apply these changes to all users in the system
- Familiarity with making permanent changes to calendar permissions in Microsoft 365
