MUST READ! Convert word doc to MP4 or create MP4 file from content provided. Also check specifications of pptx and amend

Please could someone be able to convert a word doc to a 7 second mp4 file to specifications provided in portrait format. I also have a pptx file that is currently at 5 seconds mp4 formated but needs to be extended to 7 seconds with animation. I need both portrait and landscape formats for the artwork and specs provided.
