Looking for Microsoft Exchange Server Expert

Hi,
We need help with exchange server. We have problem sending emails. External destination recipients sometimes gets multiple copies of the same email.
Also we have problem with public folder.
Some week ago we creating a public folder and after that we start with duplicate problems.It seems like an hack.
Teamviewer already setup.
