Issues Migration from 2010 to 2016 Exchange

When moving users to Exchange 2016 from Exchange 2010, I get an error opening Outlook. The error is " Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened." OWA works correctly.
