Help in opening exchange calendar on my onpremise exchange

i am looking for someone to assist me in opening my exchange calendar for anonymous access with write permissions on certain calendars. You must have good knowledge of exchange 2013/2016 and speak proper english.

Most of the settings are in place already so just want to discuss and get this task sorted with an alike thinking person.
