Exchange 2016 - Having issues migrating to another database

I had corruption on an exchange database
Created a second database and migrated all users to it
I cannot migrate arbitration, monitoring, and auditlog mailboxes so I can get rid of the old database.
I'm also getting this error in various areas...
Cannot open mailbox /o=Home/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=SERVEREXCHANGE/cn=Microsoft System Attendant.
