Fix Outlook 2019 Search Issues

I have an on-premise Exchange 2019 setup. Currently, all users using Outlook 2019 are facing issues where search only shows older emails.

I need to have already tried rebuilding the search index.

Ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience with Exchange 2019
- Proficient in troubleshooting Outlook 2019 issues
- Knowledgeable in email search index settings
