Exchange 2013 Server error unable to bind certificate ECP and owa not availible

I am looking for a freelancer with experience in resolving Exchange 2013 Server errors related to certificate binding.

Requirements:
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving certificate binding errors in Exchange 2013 Server
- Knowledge of ECP (Exchange Control Panel) and OWA (Outlook Web App)
- Familiarity with Windows Server 2012
