Exchange 2010 To Online Migration & DC Upgrade

I need a professional to help with a hybrid migration of 60 mailboxes from Exchange 2010 to Exchange Online. In conjunction with this, we also need to upgrade our domain controller from 2008 R2 to 2022.
Key Points:
- Current domain controllers are fully operational.
- We have current backups of both the Exchange Server and domain controllers.
- I prefer a Hybrid migration method for the mailboxes.
