Exchange 2019 to Office 365 Migration

I need help migrating my on-premise Exchange 2019 environment to Office 365. The setup involves:
- Migrating Email for 170 users
- Configuring a new Hybrid Active Directory from scratch
- Assisting with Intune and Intra setup
- Microsoft Defender setup
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proven experience with Exchange to Office 365 migrations
- Expertise in configuring Hybrid Active Directory
