Exchange Database Recover

I need help of an experienced Microsoft Exchange consultant to fix a broken Exchange-2019 database 20 user /25GB. I have already information for recovery but i need help to fix database references and to rebuild the database.
The setup is quite easy - only on remaining server - some references to an old one which may be eliminated as well.
After Soft- and Hard- reset with eseutil i am not able to mount the database and recreate the users.
You can use the Software "Stellar Repair for Exchange" - it seems it can recover the whole data base.
