Exchange 2013 Certificate issue

Greetings. Our server downloaded some Microsoft Updates recently that caused a lot of issues on our network. Everything is almost back to normal but the big issue I have at the moment is with certificates for our Exchange 2013 server. The outlook clients are reporting a certificate issue and I cannot access EAC. Management shell is working fine.
