Corrupted OUTLOOK.pst file

Hello. I have a very large OUTLOOK.pst file that has something wrong with it. I cannot delete my recycle bin or junk emails, and it makes it almost impossible to search for emails within the file. I have tried the repair tool, and it doesn't work. Thanks!
