Assistance with Microsoft Bookings App

I need someone to assist with configuring Microsoft Bookings for two events. I have a Micrsoft E5 license and I am the administrator, but I need help configuring Bookings. I want a recurring event on Thursdays at 4:00 PM that people can sign up for and then receive e-mail and SMS reminders. It seems like this should be simple, but it has eluded me so far. If you can help with this, we may have more opportunities in the future for assistance with system admin issues.
