API to Microsoft Teams and Outlook

I have a system which creates tasks. I want this tasks to be integrated into the respective users Microsoft Teams and Also be able to import it as Tasks into Outlook calendar. I want to find a dev who has experince specifically with microsoft teams api who can tell me what kind of experince that person had and then we can see if u are suitable for the job.
