Microsoft dynamics consultant required to implement dynamics in Engine oil company

I run a engine oil company. I am looking for microsoft dynamics consultant who can implement dynamics in my company. Here's all the tasks which consultant needs to implement. Check "explained" and "to do " status. There are "round 2" tasks , those we will implement in other project.

1) we will only use desktop version which will be hosted somewhere on cloud. We dont want to use web version as we want total control of our data. Please put your bid amount for implementing these all tasks in dynamics.
2) Please give me quote for your work. We will pay extra for dynamics licences.
3) Let us know if you have implemented dynamics for some other company.
