Help configure Dynamics Sales CRM

We are looking for someone to help us develop dashboards & reports to provide visibility & clarity to help our sales team complete their quote follow ups and customer activities easily and simply, so we can manage the sales pipeline and create a follow-up culture. We want to make recording follow up activities very easy.
Currently we have some basic dashboards etc in Dynamics CRM. Approx 15 users.
