In this project, your main focus areas will be:
Dynamics 365 CE to FO Dual Write Integration: After our recent update to version 10.0.33, we've run into some challenges in our production environment. Sales orders, including line totals, charges, taxes, etc., are showing as $0 in the standard view for orders processed post-update. Despite our investigations, we've been unable to determine the cause of this issue. We're seeking an expert who can effectively troubleshoot and resolve these problems. Prior experience with similar issues will be highly valued.
RDL Reports Customization: We're also looking for assistance with our RDL Reports originating from the Dynamics 365 CE. One of our existing reports isn't returning the expected results due to what seems like filtering issues and potentially incorrect data source mapping. Your role would involve investigating, identifying the root cause, and implementing a solution to ensure accurate reporting.
Beyond these specific tasks, we anticipate needing ongoing maintenance and support, so we're interested in consultants able to offer this service. The expected timeline for this project is within a week, but we understand the complexity of these issues may require flexibility on this front.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
In-depth knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365, specifically in Dual Write Integration and RDL Reports
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dual Write Integration
Expertise in creating, customizing, and troubleshooting RDL reports using SQL Server Reporting Services
Ability to provide ongoing maintenance and support post-integration and setup of reports
Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting
