I need an azure application gateway fixing

I have setup an azure application gateway but need assistance to get it to work correctly. To summarise we have a software licence installed on an azure virtual machine and need someone to help us access that software licence in the best way possible from our client machines in our office.

The software licence is already installed on the azure vm.
