intune alternative or low cost intune

I am looking for an alternative to Intune or a low-cost solution for mobile device management, application management, and comprehensive IT management. The solution can be either open-source or paid with lower costs. My organization is small, with 1-50 employees. Ideal skills and experience for the job include knowledge of mobile device management, application management, and IT management solutions. Experience with Intune or alternative solutions is also preferred. I have certain tasks such as deploying company wide wallpapers, lock screen, deploying printers, remote wiping machines, deploying local admin to all win 10 pro clients
