System Analyst Needed.

I work for a small business (35 employes) that recently moved to the cloud - Microsoft Azure and we are experiencing growing pains. Some users are having trouble logging into their profiles and documents are missing or do not open. We are starting to wonder if we made the right choice and if our current IT company are doing good job. We are looking for someone to review or current set up and get a better idea if our things were done correctly.
