Syntax highlighter in all languages

I would like to create a syntax as the example below. As you can see in the example this page highlights: adverbs, nous, adjectives etc. It highlights those words in a color. I need mainly highlighted the adverbs and adjectives. this needs to work in all languages or at least 20 languages. I'm not sure if you can use Microsoft azure translation as a source for which I have an account.
