Streamline Microsoft-TempWorks Integration
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I would like an experienced Microsoft solutions consultant to take a holistic look at how we are using Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Azure, and Power Automate, then show me exactly where we can tighten things up and connect those capabilities to our Applicant Tracking System, TempWorks.
My priorities are clear: drive more automation inside recruiting workflows, clean up the way data moves and is stored, and give me an objective, third-party audit so I know which licenses, settings, or processes are adding value—and which are just noise.
You will need to map the current environment, surface any under-used features (especially in Power Automate and Azure integrations), and design practical hand-offs or APIs that let TempWorks benefit from the wider Microsoft stack. Once the plan is agreed, I expect an implementation roadmap and a brief knowledge-transfer session so my team can maintain the new setup confidently.
By the end of the engagement I should have:
• A documented assessment of our Microsoft environment with clear recommendations
• A working proof-of-concept (or production-ready, if straightforward) integration between key Microsoft services and TempWorks that demonstrates measurable automation or data-management gains
• A concise audit report outlining quality, relevancy, and any quick-win optimizations
If this is comfortably in your wheelhouse and you can point to similar Microsoft-to-ATS projects, I’m ready to get started.
