Skilled Microsoft Technologist for Long-Term Development

I'm looking for a strong hands-on proficient and skilled developer in Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint (on-prem and online), SPFx, M365, Microsoft Purview, PowerShell and PnP scripting, REST and Graph API, Teams, Power Platform, Dataverse, D365 CRM, Copilot, Azure AI app development, databases, data and application migration from on-prem to the cloud and cloud to cloud, digital transformation, legacy application modernization etc. This is a HIGHLY technical role and you should be a hardcode developer for this position in the above areas along with an excellent communication and presentation skills. There are ongoing projects for various internal applications and product development such as SharePoint Intranets, custom SPFx web parts and application customizers, Power Platform based applications, data visualization using Power BI, AI Agent based applications. This is a long term position. The person should have a good experience in making the apps available on Microsot commercial marketplace. The person should be well aware of well-architected framework, best practices, Azure DevOps, CI/CD for automated deployments, documentation etc. Knowing about implementing security in the code and writing code with the best practices is must. The max hourly rate for this position is $2 to $3 per hour.
