Simple Azure based - Question - Answer chat bot flow (Conversational Automation) for a SW service desk.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need to develop a simple Q/A chat-bot to be used as an initial point of contact to help users solve problems related to their interaction with a new software platform.
The approximate flow of the conversation is included in an attached PDF (the final version may include some changes)
The work should include:
1. Design and development of the workflow using Microsoft Bot Framework Composer.
2. Validation of functionality.
3. Deploy to Azure Bot service in my account.
4. Validation of functionality.
All conversations must be logged or stored and accesible for further processing.
All code, documentation, and details should be delivered to me and remain my property
