Selenium GRID setup in Azure VM and it should be accessible from outside of VM

I am looking for a freelancer to help me set up a Selenium GRID in an Azure VM that is accessible from outside of the VM. This grid will be used for automation testing. No additional software or tools are needed, just the Selenium GRID. The chosen freelancer must have experience with setting up Selenium GRID in an Azure VM and ensuring it can be accessed from outside of the VM.
