Project Objective:
Create an enterprise-level Power BI dashboard that shows how suppliers are progressing in their sustainability journey. The dashboard will provide detailed reports and visualizations to help procurement teams assess each supplier's sustainability journey and identify areas for improvement.
Data Sources:
CSV file that contains relevant information about each supplier's sustainability journey, including their progress to date, any issues encountered, and their plans for future improvement. The data will be transformed and loaded into the Power BI data model to create a dashboard that is interactive and easy to use.
Dashboard Design:
Dashboard will be designed to enable procurement teams to easily see how each supplier is progressing on their own journey or across all suppliers. Workflow Lead Approach:
