Power Pages and Azure AD B2C

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my Power Pages and Azure AD B2C project.
I have created a very basic site in Power Pages that is not yet live. I have attempted to set up user sign in's using Azure AD B2C and followed various guidance, none of which has worked. I need someone who knows what they are doing to debug/set this up so that I have the ability to grant external users access to the site via Azure AD B2C.
This project is a one-time setup, so ongoing support will not be required. The desired timeline for project completion is within 1 week.
