Portals Development for MS 365 Dynamics Business Central

We are developing new modules to integrate with MS 365 Dynamics Business Central plus customization of some existing modules. It requires a hierarchical portal system that enables each user to enter per his/her hierarchical role and functions accordingly. We need the developer(s) to develop all 22 portals.
