Optimize Kusto (KQL) queries for Grafana dashboard

We have a Grafana dashboard setup to monitor our AKS solution. All the widgets in Grafana use Kusto query language to fetch data from Azure Monitor. We are looking for at freelancer to uptimize these queries so they perform better. We expect it to amount to approx. 5 hours work.
