Need to execute multiple ARM template in 1 shot

I have 3 ARM template which needs to run one by one .
1) ARM - Creating an app service plan and app service (working and I tested also)
2) Cosmos DB and its parameter file
Need solution:
Just need to COMBINE both these files & make the ARM TEMPLATE RUN to deploy 3 resources.
