In the midst of illegally exploited access to my Azure subscription, I urgently need a professional to help rectify the situation. This role would involve the following tasks:
- Billing and cost management: I need someone knowledgeable in Azure's financial systems to help me understand the costs incurred from this unfair incident. You will ensure I don't bear inappropriate charges and aid in managing my billing concerns.
- Troubleshooting and technical assistance: I am currently unable to fathom the depth of unauthorized activities, which include unpermitted access, spontaneous resource creation, and unauthorized data usage. I need you to investigate these incidents, unravel their origin and prevent future intrusion.
- Reporting and Control: Although I have not reported the incident to Microsoft yet, I require guidance and assistance in this undertaking to ensure all information given is accurate and helpful for a swift resolution.
