Migrate 2010 SSIS to Azure Data Factory

I'm looking for an experienced data engineer who can help me migrate my 2010 SSIS package to Azure Data Factory. The primary goal of this project is to scale my data processing capabilities.

We seek an experienced developer proficient in Azure Data Factory and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to help us streamline our data workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for migrating, designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and integration.
- Migrate 2010 SSIS packges to ADF using lift and shift.  
- create a successful connection to on-premise and ADF to execute SSIS packages.
- Support and configure Azure infrastructure to handle the migration.
- Create a new ADF pipeline to mimic the Windows Task Schedule Jobs.
