Microsoft D365 Setup & Admin Support
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m preparing to roll out Microsoft Dynamics 365 across several business units and need an experienced administrator to take the lead from day one. Your first priorities will be configuring the system to match our processes, creating and maintaining security roles and user groups, and planning a clean migration of our legacy data into the new environment.
Once the platform is live, I’ll rely on you for ongoing support—monitoring performance, applying updates, handling user requests, and recommending optimisations so we keep getting the most from our licence. Familiarity with the standard D365 administration toolkit (Power Platform admin center, LCS, Azure AD, Data Management framework, Power Automate) is essential, and clear, jargon-free documentation is a must.
Deliverables I need to see:
• Fully configured D365 tenant with role-based security
• Legacy data migrated and validated in production
• Administrator handbook and quick-start user guide
• Continuous support plan with agreed response times
