Microsoft Logic App – HTTP to XML

for the following project I am looking for a suitable freelancer:

we read orders via XML interface into our ERP. But now we need the possibility to enter also via HTTP Post Reqeust orders in XML format.

The XML file must look like this at the end:

<UnsereKundennr>99999</UnsereKundennr>
<Bestellnummer>EKB-09-5555</Bestellnummer>

Unfortunately, I have no idea how to implement this. I therefore need advice and someone who can develop this as well.
