Microsoft Azure Environment Optimization Expert Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Azure Expert to review our existing Azure environment and identify optimization opportunities. The engagement will involve analyzing current services, configuration, usage, and cost structure, and delivering a clear, actionable optimization plan.
Scope of Work:
- Review Azure subscriptions, resources, and architecture (App Services, Application Gateway, Sentinel, etc.).
- Assess resource sizing, scaling, and cost efficiency.
- Identify redundant or underutilized services.
- Recommend improvements for performance, security, and governance.
- Prepare a detailed report outlining optimization actions, potential savings, and configuration best practices.
Deliverables:
- Summary of current Azure footprint and cost drivers.
- Optimization roadmap with estimated cost savings.
- Recommendations on right-sizing, consolidation, and automation.
- Suggested policies or guardrails to sustain optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Azure cost management, and infrastructure architecture.
- Hands-on experience with App Services, Application Gateway, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Sentinel.
- Ability to interpret cost analysis data and present clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Preferably Azure Certified (AZ-305, AZ-104, or equivalent).
Duration: Short-term assessment (1–2 weeks) with potential follow-on engagement for implementation
